The remodeling industry in the US is a booming billion dollar industry, with millions of people choosing to remodel bathrooms, update kitchens, add new bedrooms finish basements or convert these in to home theaters, home offices or extra bedrooms, every year. The huge demand for home repair services means that a large number of handymen have "upgraded" themselves to "residential remodeling contractors." They don't have the skills to undertake large makeovers of a home, but that doesn't stop them from fooling uninformed home owners. Our licensed contractor search system has been specifically designed to make your job of finding a general contractor easy and convenient. We've taken care of sourcing the best names in the business, before adding them to our general contractor network. Simply, give us your project details in the form on this page, and up to 4 of the most respected home improvement contractors in Dallas will contact you with free estimates for your project. Now, you don't have to go looking for residential contractors - they come right to you! Compare price quotes, ask questions, determine skill and experience levels, and only then make a final selection. This service is absolutely free to you!
I would like to convert my garage into an office. I would like to raise the floor so that it matches the house. The garage has a bathroom that also needs to be raised. Inside the garage is AC, and gas water heater. Gaage has already been enclosed by previous owner. Would prefer someone with references in garage conversions, so I can see your work.

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. I feel that I need to get the ball rolling now so we know what we're talking about time wise and money wise. Please call / contact me with any questions. thank you.
